  • 1 March 2016: Registration will commence at 9.30 am with the conference starting at 10.30 am. Day 1 finishes at approximately 17.45 pm and will be immediately followed by a drinks reception.
  • 2 March 2016: Registration will commence at 8.30 am with the conference starting at 9.00 am.  Day 2 finishes at approximately 4.40 pm.

On arrival 

The conference will be held in the Telford Theatre with the Exhibition in the Great Hall both of which are located on the first floor of the venue. On arrival you are requested to register at the Integrated EA registration desk which will be located in the First Floor, just outside the entrance to the Great Hall. You may wish to leave your coat in the venue cloakroom on the ground floor before you register. 

Drinks reception 

Please note that there will be a sponsored drinks reception on the evening on 1 March starting directly the conference finishes at approximately 17.45 pm. All delegates attending day one are very welcome to attend.


All attendees are required to bring photo identification to be shown when registering. Company ID, driver’s licences and passports will be accepted.  Please note that anyone attending without ID may be turned away from the conference.
