Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks before the start of the conference and will be subject to a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received within two weeks of the conference start date will be liable for the full conference fee. Attendees may be substituted at any time for no additional cost.

Cancellation Liability & Changes to Advertised Schedule

In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, the liability of Model Futures is limited to the return of the registration fee only. Model Futures will not reimburse delegates for any travel or hotel cancellation fees or penalties. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of Model Futures Ltd., to change the content, timings, speakers, date and venue of the conference. Wherever possible, when there is sufficient notice, we will try to replace advertised presenters with other presenters.

Privacy
As with most conferences we would like to pass on your contact details to our exhibitors. They sponsor the event and help to keep prices down for attendees, and in return they like to be able to contact you. If you do not wish your details to be passed on, you can select this option at point of sale. We will also distribute an attendee list with names and organisations on it (but no contact details).
