Fee
Your conference fee includes attendance, refreshments, lunch and conference documentation. It is a condition of booking that the fee is payable in advance. Payment must be received in full prior to the date of the conference; The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission if your place has not been paid for.Provisional booking by telephone must be confirmed in writing by post, email or fax. Once payment has been received a VAT receipt will be sent. Payment must include VAT.
For online bookings, a VAT receipt will be generated automatically after the transaction has been completed.
Early Bird Discount
The early bird discount applies to bookings made before 31st December 2011, where payment is received before 31st January 2012. Late payment will result in loss of discount, and an additional charge for the increased conference fee.Confirmation of your booking
All website bookings will automatically be confirmed by email. Joining instructions (venue details and a location map) will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the event. Please contact us at info@integrated-ea.com immediately:- If you have not received written acknowledgement of your booking within one week of your booking
- If you have not received your joining instructions five days before the conference.
Additional requirements
We would like to ensure that all delegates can participate fully at our events. If you have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print documentation or an induction loop or if you have any particular dietary requirements please let us know during the booking process.Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance is available on request, following your attendance at this conference as a record of you training and development. Please email info@integrated-ea.comConference content and materials
Materials provided as part of the conference are for the purposes of the conference only. While they can be circulated internally, they should not be copied or distributed to any organisation which has not paid for at least one delegate to attend without the express permission of the organisers.Cancellation
A refund of fees will be made only for cancellations received in writing at least 14 days before the event (less a 25% cancellation fee to cover our administration costs). No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 14 days of the event and failure to attend after confirming a booking will be subject to the same terms. We regret that the transfer of a booking to another event cannot be made but a substitute delegate will be accepted at any time before the event.Conference programme
The conference organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the programme due to circumstances beyond our control. If the event is cancelled you will be given a full refund. However the organisers will not be liable for any consequential loss to your arising from the cancellation.Privacy
As with most conferences we would like to pass on your contact details to our exhibitors. They sponsor the event and help to keep prices down for attendees, and in return they like to be able to contact you. If you do not wish your details to be passed on, you can select this option at point of sale. We will also distribute an attendee list with names and organisations on it (but no contact details).
